‘place, non-place’ refers to more usual ideas of place as well as spaces of transience, such as airports, film-theatres and malls, which can produce anonymity (as proposed by Marc Augé). The theme also addresses non-place in terms of the digital / virtual / other realities and imaginations. Join these incredible poets as they explore place/non-place in the surrounds of Fitzroy Garden’s Conservatory.
This event is presented in partnership with Australian Poetry.
